Considering the planting mode and agronomics requirements of existing facilities, high-power rototilling ridge hoisting lamination machine is difficult to operate in greenhouse facility, small hanging rotary raiser has technical problems such as insufficient horsepower. This paper designs tillage ridging film - covering machine. The realizes a single operation process complete tillage, ridging, drip irrigation, laying edge soil suppression other mechanized compound operations. innovatively designed adjustable device this can steplessly adjust size ridge. height after 25-35 cm, width 70-80 shape arc-shaped, adjustable, efficiency improved being 0.17-0.23 hectares/hour, driving speed set at low 1 gear. high operating efficiency, arc-shaped body uniform compact. large lighting surface, tightly laid, it close surface without wrinkling. By test data analysis, depth stability 93%, qualified rate 100%, 85%, spacing 95%, covered thickness 40 mm, working 0.802 hm2/h, fuel consumption per hectare 9.02 kg·h/m2, three shifts work fault. To sum up, meets agronomic planting.
